Return + Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving (when the shipping carrier marks your packaged delivered) your item to request a return. 

Refunds will be given to the original form of payment minus the return label shipping charges + a $6.00 handling fee. Refunds will not be given on original shipping costs to you.

If you received free shipping on an order and are returning that order you will be also charged for the original shipping fee to you. 

If you put an incorrect address in at time of check out and your order is redelivered back to us you will be refunded for your order minus the shipping costs to you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All sales are final on sale items.

Once your packaged is delivered back to us, we will process your return in 5-7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Route Package Protection Policy

At Harley Lilac, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. To provide additional peace of mind, we offer Route Package Protection, a third-party service that insures your package against loss or theft during transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • With Route Package Protection: If your package is lost or stolen and you have purchased Route Package Protection, you are eligible to file an insurance claim. Please contact us at hello@harleylilac.com to begin the claim process. We will assist you in submitting a claim to Route to either refund your purchase or send a replacement package.

  • Without Route Package Protection: If you did not purchase Route Package Protection, unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or send replacement packages for lost or stolen orders. We strongly recommend selecting Route at checkout to safeguard your purchase.
